Our Returns Policy

​Coffee purchases are non-refundable unless in the case we have sent the incorrect product or there is an issue with the quality – this would be extremely rare.

However, if this does happen please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the problem.

Should you need to make a claim under our Returns Policy, we will offer an exchange provided that:

  You return the item within 7 days

 You provide proof of purchase

 The product is in its original packaging

 Any cost incurred by you for shipping the product back to us will be at your   expense.

 We do not accept the return of products based on ‘change of mind’
