All prices quoted  include GST where necessary. Please note tea & coffee are GST Free.

All prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. However for remote areas this may take a little longer.

Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters aims to provide complete and accurate, up to date information on our website.
However, it is not possible to ensure that every website is completely free of human or technical errors. 
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions after an order  has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any items that are out of stock or are discontinued while displayed online.
We ship anywhere in Australia with Australia Post using E-Parcel rates
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm  

Shipping

Freight Charges:

Retail Customers -

For orders under $20.00 freight charges will be $6.80 

For orders above $20.00 freight charges will be $11.00

Wholesale Customers -

For orders under $100.00 freight charges will be $11.00

For orders above $100.00 freight charges will be Free

The above charges are for delivery in Australia only.

Delivery:

The customer is to ensure that all delivery details are correct. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery.
Should re-delivery be necessary and an additional charge is incurred to Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters, the customer will be responsible for the payment of this charge.
It is the customers responsibility to notify Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters if an order does not arrive, once you notify us, we will lodge an enquiry with the freight handler to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.


Cancellations: 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters does not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left the premises.


Refunds: 

Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters endeavors to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are not completely satisfied with the product received please contact us.

All orders are packed with care and individually checked prior to dispatch - if a product is delivered damaged, please notify us immediately.


Offline phone/email orders:

If you prefer to order your coffee/tea manually rather than on-line, you can request a callback or contact us here.
Let us know what you would like to order and we can arrange payment and confirm delivery details, we will then send you an invoice where you can have the choice of payment by Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque or pay by Credit Card.


Privacy and Disclosure of Information:

Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters collects information from the customer so that we can provide you with a prompt and reliable customer service.
Certain information is required so that we can successfully provide you with this service and or product. Information we require  can include full name of customer and recipient, email address, invoice address, delivery address and contact phone number.

Any of this information collected  is treated with the utmost privacy and is only used so we can better serve you as a customer in the delivery and completion of your order.
From time to time we may also use this information to inform you as the customer of specials, discounts and promotions.

Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters will not disclose any personal information to any third party unless authorised to do so by law.


Warning:

Please be aware whilst we take every reasonable care when dispatching goods to you, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage during transit.
All Claims for short deliveries and any missing parcels/products must be received within 48 Hrs of receipt of your goods. It is essential to include a copy of your order with your return.

We do not refund for incorrect choice, but may at our discretion issue a credit voucher.

Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters will apply a processing fee for exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges.
If we have sent you the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both  the product and freight charge.


Disclaimer:
Blue Mountains Coffee Roasters cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage sustained by the use of any of our products. It is the user's responsibility to ensure products are suitable for their requirements. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost,  stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses where the sender has opted to have the order left at the premises if no one is home.
